Iraq National Golf Team Withdraws; Balls Questioned.

N.Y., New York--Baghdad, Iraq--Najar Ali, spokesperson for The Iraq National Golf Team,
reported today that they were withdrawing a bid to host the 2003 World Wack III due to a dispute
regarding the regularity of the U.S. Golf Team's balls. Allegedly the U.S. team has developed a ball
with a 'differently abled' flight pattern. The U.S. team has repeatedly defended the novel deployment,
citing that anyone is free to license the cutting-edge ball technology and create great balls providing
the standing government of any competing team is under leadership by any human being other than
Saddam Hussein.

Friends of Iraq have pulled out of the tournament in support of the protest. Ali states golf will remain
a healthy obsession for a majority of Iraqis despite the loss of the coveted tournament. With a cryptic
smile Ali emphasized as he sunk a practice before sunrise: "Those with the most balls to lose, will lose
them."
